Morning 

The beetroot-coloured, burger-munching, lager-swiller is one of Borehamwood's most famous exports - as you know. But the outside world is only now beginning to doff it's cap to the existence of the second great export… the alcopop-guzzling trollop. And where better to find them than in the grizzly depths of San Antonio's West End in Ibiza. So just for your enjoyment i scooped up three of them, sent them to the more affable surroundings of in Old Ibiza town, stuck them in a bath at Ocean Beach Club and asked them all about booze-fuelled sex.

Actually, you don't need me to tell you that Ocean Beach Club, has the Sexiest Woman (as voted for by you wonderful people), and I’m playing there on Sunday,  It will be absolutely brilliant. And I won’t quite be recovered for Monday. 

To get you in the party mood for an awesome weekend ahead, have a look at all the super exciting and dead sexy stuff that will be going on over the next few days..

As even the hairiest of MNFers will tell you, Hertsmere Centre is a tough place. Assuming you survive the oppressive heat and the stinging nettles, there’s still Stepsky to worry about. But persevere and you’ll discover a shimmering oasis of virtually flawless footballers, all sporting slightly funny comments that its my fault when they make a misplaced pass and tending to shrimp-laden barbecues. And mingling somewhere among you is ex-Borehamwood resident and international insurance guy Paul Grotts, who might return to the line up next week. Curious?. Free weekend? Quick fingers? The first sixteen men to chuck me back an email will immediately be entered to this weekend’s Costco BBQ, thanks to our friend Rabid Lee. Because that's how we roll. Have a great weekend.

Morning 

The realisation of project MNF could well be the finest thing to happen to Monday’s since those awesome dancing hamsters on youtube. Reply here to see what all the fuss is about. It's going to blow your mind. And possibly mine, So while i try and get it all organized, enjoy my humbler than usual offerings of hot girls, witty email and super-addictive social media. I’m off to load up on Red Bull and enough salty snacks to see me through a long weekend of cyber-DJing, content-mixing and the odd stress-relieving burst of Selfies with fitterz. Enjoy your weekend.
