Firstly, I just wanted to give a big shout out to all you poor bastards who have had to wear a suit all this week.

Extra points if you've had to take the London Underground, as that currently feels like the centre of the Earth.

That being said, the weekend has arrived and you get to spend the next two days in your pants, in a paddling pool, at the centre of a rotating fan orbit.

And to make that weekend even better, I've got everything that's on the minds and tongue tips of men everywhere, from the Great Bum Cleavage Debate to getting fit for summer, oh and the small matter of playing @ Hed Kandi tomorrow night, if anyones up for it?
