The past 12 months have been some of the finest in living memory. Finally, after years of backing the underdog and taking defeat on the chin, the MNFers have rediscovered their winning ways.

And from music to medals and from trophies to telly - not forgetting all the incredibly sexy ladies – we celebrate it all in our final MNF of the year, although we might be able to squeeze one on Xmas Eve But that's not all.

Next Saturday I'm spinning at Hed Kandi which will be packed with hotter than ever Fitterz.

Yes 2012 is almost up, but at least the likes of these hotties from last night will be keeping me company for the year to come.

MNFers do the craziest things. Cross-dressing funnyman Richard Ashley went to see The Northern Lights in Norway; two-time Loudest Man in the World Damon organised a boxing Evening; Simon Defraud sorted out his wife's 30th Birthday, basically just because he felt like it.

But Chocolate's very own 'Sugar Daddy' latest adventure has got to be the coolest. Or at least the oddest. The Xbox-playing lady-magnet has teamed up with boozy big boys Cellphone Store in a world record attempt that will see them come and play at a proper BOYS NIGHT OUT.

Leaving behind the luxuries of a famous Chocory, Rabid will travel to London, and hang out at the coolest permanently inhabited clubs on the planet.

With temperatures hovering around minus 2°C, on Monday some of you will want to battle sub-arctic climates so cold that mobile phones cannot function, boiling water turns to snow in mid air and fish caught from local rivers freeze instantly just to play MNF, so what I really wanna know is who fancy's the Soccerettes?

After losing MNF way back on Monday (High-five, Chillionthego!), Richard promptly took the nation by storm. The Gink got so injured he has became a source of national pride, so much so that when he bumped into Mo Farrah outside his office the other day, it nearly started the Olympics all over again. Tony Blair was apparently overheard saying, by someone who was unavailable to comment, ‘I swear Cherie, if he says something like that about MNF again, I’m doing a five-stretch.’ Such is the devotion to our MNF.

Few Players from MNF beginnings have achieved levels of fame anywhere near Simon Defraud. he even took back a crap sound system that cost £35 in 2008, while search engine Bing listed him as the 16th most searched for person in the UK in 2012; no doubt the words 'regaled', 'ripoff' and 'dodgy' accompany his name in almost every search, but I'm not here to discuss semantics. While he has refused to pose in Property Week, a certain tape featuring Simon and boyfriend Gino De Campo was leaked to perhaps the most eager, but guilty audience of all time back in 2011.

If you’re sat there thinking this is all very well, but whats happening on Monday as its Rosh Hashanah? Then I have two words for you – Its On. .and I'm super pleased, but if some slimy showbiz MNFers think they can take advantage, I’ll be on them like a spooked chimpanzee.

Not since the end of the Olympics & Monday's MNF all those many, um, days ago, have I lived through such an inspiring few days.

I learnt that if you're a 27-year-old prince, third in line to the throne, with millions of pounds to your name and girls desperately knocking at the door to your Las Vegas hotel suite, then you can do pretty much whatever the fudge you want.

Fair play to Harry. My only beef with the ginger prince is that he apparently forgot to send me an invite to the strip-billiards party.

It seems the country is suffering from a potentially dangerous gold medal addiction. Silvers and bronzes may have satisfied us before, but they were mere gateway medals to the shiny beauty of the crowning glory. Now nothing else will do. We, the people of the UK, crave gold.

If you peer through windows of offices and homes nationwide you'll see self-confessed "gold addicts" sat glued to the TV, wrapped in British flags, dressed head to toe in Team GB merch, wiping tears away every time we missed out on the top prize. No one cares that Team GB smashed the Beijing record - all they're thinking is, "Where am I gonna get my next gold fix?"

Hi ,

She is by far the sexiest thing about the Olympics coverage, and pretty much the only person alive who could make me interested in water polo…I’ve long held a hefty crush on sex-bomb groupies, even though its not always easy for me to maintain my obsession: one minute im spinning (and they want to chat, the next im getting paid and they vanish. 

But this lilting voice, lithe body and come-to-bed-and-let’s-do-gymnastics eyes continue to haunt me, even during her absences last night. 

Thankfully, MNF have seen fit to place a pic front-and-centre amongst our 35-strong team of MNFers: – You’re all super-fit, but she is even fitter. 

Long-time MNFites will know that Robert is back to his old tricks again and wont be picked on Monday unless he coughs up. He can still do the splits, y’know. Would you like to see Bobby Baum do the splits? Of course you would.

Hi , There was a modest opening ceremony for an obscure sporting event that took place in our nation's capital this time last week. You won't have heard of the event itself, as there's not really been much of a marketing push behind it, but believe me, a handful of people are actually pretty excited about it.

I'm being willfully obtuse for comedic effect, aren't I, MNFers. Obviously, I'm talking about the 'Lympics, and I'm all over that shizz like gravy on beef. Even though it looks like i'm the only person going to the football tomorrow, and the only glimpse of a celebration was a couple of flags hung across the Virgin bar @ 40,000 feet last Friday.

MNF's superfunnyman Ian chapman will be lighting up Ibiza with his wonky-brained thoughts on the best clubs and the crazy five-ring circus that surrounds them. If you listen to any of Damon's crap during any MNF, you'll know you're in for a tit-tickling treat…

As I sit waiting for my flight to Shanghai It's only three days till the Olympics beach volleyball kicks off. But the big question remains unanswered: which team has the best bums? Now, for the bad news: it's just been announced that if the mercury falls to below 16 degrees during the games, players will be allowed to don shorts and sleeved tops.

If that isn't a reason to pray for the sunshine to continue, I don't know what is?!

What a week it's been, Earthlings. First up, Silver got injured on Monday night so that put an end to the Darks topping the MNF group and line up a big game against the Whites. A win, and the boys in Dark would no doubt face Zie Letzers - and what a juicy semi that would be.

Hi ,

Was it really just a fortnight ago that MNF had to be cancelled coz of an air-punching celebration of the gorgeous, balmy sunshine we were all experiencing? Now, if the news reports are anything to go by, the so-called "June monsoon" is upon us and set to continue unabated for some time to come. Winds of 600mph! Three year's worth of rain in 24 hours! Trees coming down onto houses, which in turn crash down onto cars, which then flip up into the air and knock helicopters out of the sky!

But it's not all doom and gloom, MNFers. Tonights games is well and truly on, fronted by the one, the only, the oh-jesus-christ-he's-a-moaner Damon Letzer. That's right, after a 1 week absence, Letz is back, and looking fitter than ever. Also, there's a bunch of other MNFers in there who are sure to make you laugh, gasp and generally be a very happy chappy.

My advice? don’t be late, after watching England beat the Frogs 3-1

Chuckling like a bozo in the pub? Knee-deep in tea-lights in Ikea? Fondling your ladyfriend in a waterlogged St. Ives campsite? As of midnight tonight, you've only got 48 hours of pure, wide-open opportunity at your disposal - use them wisely, sir!

It was such a long period off work that you probably all forgot how to play MNF on Monday. If the next weeks teams do not feature you or are bit  upside-down and written entirely in Spanish, you know who to blame: HRH Queen Elizabeth II.

In professional football, at the highest level, it takes balls to win the big games. 

Lucky, then, for Darks, that they had Bradley Burke on hand in their MNF final against fierce local rivals Whites.

Darks, already 2-0 up, were on the attack when a retreating Dave Jones booted the ball into the field, to allow him and his team mates a much-needed breather.

A plan which immediately back-fired when a couple of Pikies showed lightning quick reflexes to nick the ball to and start their own game, miraculously undistracted by the MNF’s ball-handling skills.

Cooper you are lucky – but it wont happen again – if you are ill you must drop out first thing – no ifs no buts or a 1 week ban - & ROBERT please sort out arrears TONIGHT

Darks somehow clutched victory from the jaws of defeat to win on Monday, Dazza Cooper dropped out at 5.50pm and hinders his chances in next weeks game, while Letzer trumped in a couple of belters from 10 yards, leaving ‘Sing to stop cheering ze Germans last weekend, & Rabid Flee took out the Gaffer in a Joey Barton type retaliation…more please
